Great joy in the Industriepark Willstätt! The site has grown – a new hall. The logistics building was constructed in record time for a customer domiciled at the site. The cargo handling is now performed on a perfectly planned surface of more than 8.000 sqm. The hall was designed in a way that large quantities of water-polluting substances can be stored safely in order to protect the environment. The Manager of the B.I.W. GmbH Alexander Reichert, who is responsible for the technique and operations in the Industrial park, is highly satisfied about the growth: “The hall perfectly fits our site. The combination of industry-oriented service and the professional storage of hazardous substances embedded in the safety concept of the Industrial park can be described as exemplary.”

The new hall has been certified with a gold award according to the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB). The certification stands for sustainable building. The whole lifecycle of the project with the three central sustainability areas has been considered: ecology, economy and sociocultural.

We have been able to complete the very successful project with the on time turnkey handover of the hall to the customer.
