The B.I.W. GmbH, the Betreibergesellschaft Industriepark Willstätt was founded in April 2004 and is a site operator specialized in the operation of mainly industrially used real estates.

We are operating the whole infrastructure at the site Willstätt as well as in the Industriepark Ettenheim.

Our team consists of experienced and qualified specialized staff such as craftsmen, foreman, technicians and engineers. They are specialists in the fields of energy supply, electrical and communication technique, fire protection as well as air conditioning plants.
