Energy/Media
A stable and reliable energy supply is one of the basic requirements for each producing company. In the industrial park you do not only get power and natural gas but you can also choose among numerous media.
The advantage for The customer has the advantage that he is not obliged to have to invest in generating plants himself. Compressed air, cold and other media are made available meeting the demands and with high reliability at the construction entry of a building or a plant.
The sharing of central generating plants by several customers on site offers considerable cost advantages in the installation and operation of machines. You as customer may profit from such cost advantages.

Factory security service
The whole area is fenced in and guarded by the team safety all around the clock on 365 days a year. For more than 40 years we have reliably protected your knowledge as well as your real estates and material assets.
Thought-through and proven concepts are the basis of our success and provide for a maximum of safety in the industrial park.
We offer the following services:
- 24 hours entrance and exit checks of all employees, suppliers, visitors and craftsmen
- Competent support and instruction of the visitors of the industrial park
- Supervision of the alarm system for fire, burglary and safety-relevant failures of the technical equipment
- Closing buildings and patrol duties day and night
- Checking technical equipment for damaging events such as e.g. possible escape of chemicals or other substances while the company is closed for holidays
Fire protection
The fire protection is another element in the frame of averting dangers on site. A professional team of full-time or part-time fire fighters provide for the preventive and precautionary fire protection.
Our tested concepts for averting dangers have been tested and estimated by numerous property insurers. Beside the protection of material assets and the minimization of production downtimes the protection of life and limb is our paramount goal.

Air conditioning plants
Numerous complex air conditioning plants with heat recovery systems provide for efficient and commercial heating of the buildings in the area. The reliable and safe operation of manufacturing areas and clean rooms are guaranteed by an experienced team around the clock.
