The Industriepark Willstätt has been an important production site for over 50 years. Originally, the site was built by BASF as a production facility for audio tapes due to its convenient location in the Ortenau district - between Karlsruhe, Freiburg and Strasbourg. Over the decades, the site has developed into a leading technology centre in the southern Upper Rhine region.
Since 2004, the entire site has been professionally managed by B.I.W. GmbH, the operating company of the Willstätt Industrial Park. Modern rental space for companies from industry, logistics and the service sector is available on an area of over 40 football pitches.
